Position Details:

• Role: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
• Pay: $25-$28 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage production operations during the 2nd shift
• Supervise and support production staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct training and development for team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to achieve production goals
