Express Employment Professionals Dubuque has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Dubuque, IA, to actively recruit a 2nd shift Team Lead to join their team. No weekends required! 

Responsibilities:

• Lead person duties including supervising associates, ensuring department is productive
• Train new employees
• Follow up on discrepancies
• Work closely with buyers 
• Sort and organize freight 
• Inform supervisor of any issues
• Receive freight, enter, log, and scan items
• Send out direct bill items
• Special orders
• Other duties as requested by management

What you need:

• 6-12 months of experience in a similar role 
• HS diploma or GED
