- 3rd Shift (Sun - Thurs 10:00 pm - 6:30 AM)
- Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback and overall guidance
- Ensure employees have appropriate training, work direction and tools to successfully do their job
- Track, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Manage day-to-day H.R. related issues
- Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
- Communicate with Customer through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence
- Work with other employees; encourage teamwork
- Work with inventory management software daily
- Support company’s philosophy regarding relationships to the customer, especially pertaining to Achieving Excellence Program
- Work toward continuous quality improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, promote and enforce all company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
- College degree and/or continuing education
- Previous management experience
- SAP software experience/knowledge
