A local construction business is looking for a Controller with 3+ years of accounting experience. The role involves managing financial transactions, cash flow, month-end reports, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and cash flow
- Handle month-end accounting, financial statements, and cost data
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable and payroll
- Process new hire paperwork and subcontractor documents
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree
- 3+ years of accounting experience (public or construction)
- Strong financial analysis and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Great Plains Accounting Software experience is a plus
