Staff Accountant
Galena, IL Area
Direct Hire
A local Galena based company is looking for a Staff Account to join their Finance team. This position will also perform many day-to-day accounting based activities.
What you get to do:
This Staff Accountant is responsible for a wide variety of duties including assisting with over all assistance of the Finance team, basic accounting work, data entry, vendor audits, statement reconciliation, W-9 reporting, scanning, invoice loading, accounts payable ledger reviews and other projects as assigned.
What we need from you:
- Work experience in accounting and or financial background
- Solid proven experience with Microsoft Suite products and administrative based software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a variety of skill sets and personality.
