Your Responsibilities
As an Accounting Assistant, you will perform a range of accounting functions related to accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, grant reconciliations, bank reconciliations, assist with representative payee services, accounts receivable and other projects as assigned. Additional responsibilities include:
- Code and submit invoices for payments
- Assist with audit preparation
- Calculating and analyzing financial data with gathering from multiple sources
- Assist in year end procedures

What You Need
- Associates degree in Accounting or comparable work experience
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and computerized accounting systems
