Summary:

Clerical Accounting duties as assigned, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable duties; to include electronic workflow management, processing of invoices and payment runs, reconciliation of vendor statements, completion of account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance to company procurement policy.
• Accounts Receivable duties; to include applying incoming cash to customer accounts, making collection calls on past due payments, responding to customer inquiries, and issuing credits to customers.
• Cash Management duties; to include daily roll forwards, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and enter month end journal entries as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum six months of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
