Summary:

Clerical Accounting duties as assigned, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable duties: to include applying incoming cash to correct customer accounts, making collection calls on past due payments, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Accounts Payable duties; to include electronic approval workflow management, processing of invoices and checks, completion of account reconciliations, reconciliation of vendor statements and ensuring compliance to company procurement policy.
• Cash management duties; to include daily roll forwards, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or have prior office experience.

A pre-employment Background Check and 6 panel (no THC) Drug screen required.
