Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Per Year + Bonus

Job Description: Specialized Recruiting Group, in partnership with a local company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize return on financial assets through strategic financial management.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Guide financial decisions and continuously monitor the financial condition of the organization.
• Conduct audits, work with external auditors, and implement internal controls to protect assets.
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Report financial data and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Schedule and assign employees, maintaining their performance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge within the accounting and finance field.
• Identify safety and health concerns, contributing to the maintenance of a safe working environment.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to ten years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Two years of staff leadership experience, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven ability in problem analysis and resolution.
• Customer orientation with a focus on meeting organizational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
