• A knack for organization and accuracy
• Comfort with accounting processes and Excel
• A team-player attitude and great communication skills
• Previous accounts payable experience preferred but not required

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person for keeping our vendor payments running smoothly. From sorting invoices to reconciling statements, you'll help ensure our financial operations are accurate and efficient. You'll work closely with various departments helping to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.

• Open and sort incoming invoices across our business units
• Enter, scan, and route invoices for approval
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Use Excel to track and present expense data
• Support year-end reporting tasks
• Customer focused
