Job Summary
This role focuses on accurate data entry and management for production operations. Responsibilities include verifying and adjusting data in systems, closing work orders, and tracking monthly inventory. The position also requires a solid understanding of processing and packaging procedures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, able to spot discrepancies, improve reporting, and suggest ways to streamline or automate data collection processes.


Key Responsibilities

This role involves monitoring and analyzing production data to identify issues and improve processes, while ensuring accuracy in reporting and system entries (SAP). 

Key duties include closing work orders, tracking inventory, and verifying production counts.

It also requires quality control tasks, such as testing cheese batches (temperature, pH, moisture), checking curing room conditions, and documenting any product issues. The position tracks production efficiency metrics like yield and equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized records, supporting audits, following safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

This is a full-time onsite position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
