ADMIN ASSISTANT
 
1st Shift: temporary
 
Wage: $17 - $18 / hour

Description:

 Seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to provide administrative support to segments of the organization

Administrative Assistant Duties:
 
  • Coordinate communication flow on behalf of the individual, including emails, faxes, correspondence, mailings, and phone calls
  • Enter invoices and check timesheets
  • General office duties as needed


Administrative Assistant Requirements:
 
  • Ability to apply organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
