Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a local industrial manufacturing company in Dubuque, IA.

Position details:

• 1^st shift 8 am – 5 pm
• Weekly pay
• Located onsite in Dubuque
• $23-$24/hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide administrative support to 10-12 employees
• Schedule and plan team lunches
• Travel accommodations
• Manage calendars
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate departments

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
• MS Office and management of multiple calendars is required!
• Administrative experience supporting multiple managers is helpful
