Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a local industrial manufacturing company in Dubuque, IA.
Position details:
- 1st shift 8 am – 5 pm
- Weekly pay
- Located onsite in Dubuque
- $23-$24/hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to 10-12 employees
- Schedule and plan team lunches
- Travel accommodations
- Manage calendars
- Transfer phone calls to appropriate departments
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
- MS Office and management of multiple calendars is required!
- Administrative experience supporting multiple managers is helpful
