Description
Core business hours for this position are Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8:00-5:00 with flexibility to attend meetings outside core business hours on occasion.

- Lead, train, and mentor the aesthetics team, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, safety standards, and excellent client care.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, addressing staff concerns, providing performance feedback, and promoting teamwork.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser procedures, and skincare consultations while maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare to ensure informed decision-making and satisfaction.
- Promote aesthetic services through patient engagement, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating on marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure treatments are safe, effective, and aligned with best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment history, and consent forms while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage hiring selection, training, development, performance evaluations, and performance issues for direct reports. Ensures appropriate staffing levels necessary for department workload. Implements changes for continual improvement in services provided and ensure high level of quality is consistent with organization standards.
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties.

Physical Aspects:
Stooping - Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.
Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Lifting - Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
Fingering - Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.
Grasping - Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
Feeling - Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
Talking - Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
Hearing - Perceiving the nature of sound with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
Vision - 20 / 40 or better in the best eye with or without correction.
Repetitive Motions - Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
