Measurement & Communication: Standardize reporting on savings, cycle time, and quality improvements. Maintain the Wins repository and convert use cases into quantified ROI. Communicate wins and lessons learned Enterprise-wide.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct ninety-day post-implementation reviews for delivered initiatives. Maintain an iteration backlog alongside the new build backlog to support continuous improvement after go-live.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, IT, Operational Excellence, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Training to align people, process, and technology in support of strategic goals. Lead through influence and partnership across teams.
Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.
