What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and inspire our Animal Care team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff while conducting performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement programs that enhance animal care and community services.
  • Manage shelter operations, from safety protocols to inventory oversight.
  • Act as a key liaison between staff, volunteers, and community members.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of animal healthcare and welfare.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment while staying adaptable and focused to achieve daily outcomes.
