Apartment Maintenance Technician – $20+/hr (DOE)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a local company. This role offers full-time (35-40 hours/week) or part-time opportunities, with potential for some on-call work.

Responsibilities:

• General apartment maintenance, including appliance repairs, light bulb replacements, painting, and minor construction
• Grounds maintenance and upkeep
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Boiler experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
• Must be comfortable with occasional on-call responsibilities

Pay & Schedule:

• $20+/hour, based on experience
• Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week (part-time available)
