Description

Your Responsibilities

As the Assistant Administrator, you will work in collaboration with the Administrator to oversee the daily operations at RCF/PMI, including supervision of staff, implementation of therapeutic counseling programs for adults with chronic mental illness, and coordinating staff trainings. In addition, you will:

  • Supervise social workers, ensuring client service plans and assessments are completed to an appropriate standard
  • Manage all court orders and fill out periodic court reports to be signed and submitted by provider
  • Provide oversight and assistance to staff to ensure completion of documentation and billing notes
  • Review incoming referrals, and provide a clinical perspective on program admission
  • Collaborate with other programs and agencies for continuity of care for patient

 

What You Need

  • Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field

 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience working with adults with chronic mental illness
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving requirements

The Residential Care Facility (RCF) is a residential facility for adults who have a mental health diagnosis, that provides supervision in a safe, secure, and protected environment. The RCF offers the following services:

  • 24 hour staffing and supervision
  • Mental health support
  • Medication management
  • Social and community integration
  • Physical and emotional health development
  • Daily living skills education
