We’re hiring an Assistant Manager for a local café/restaurant—and need someone ASAP!

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands restaurant operations and customer service, but doesn’t need years of management experience. If you’ve worked in restaurants and are ready for the next step, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations of a busy café/restaurant
• Help lead and motivate a team
• Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for every customer
• Jump in wherever needed—front of house, drinks, food prep, etc.
• Assist with scheduling, problem-solving, and day-to-day operations
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

What You Need:

• Previous restaurant or food service experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to stay flexible and hands-on
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as needed
