Job Overview
Wage: $60,000 - $70,000 / year base + full benefits package available
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, BlueBeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and building codes.
- Ability to handle occasional overnight travel when necessary (minimal).
