Assistant Store Manager

Pay: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
Schedule: Rotating 1st & 2nd shifts, including rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee sales performance, inventory control, and staffing schedules
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, convenience store, or food service preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe® certification a plus (training available)
