Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday- Friday) - Training on Days

Sedona is seeking a Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our hiring manufacturer’s team in Dubuque, IA. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory, supervising production staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. The right fit candidate will bring two+ years of supervisory, warehousing and or production experience. Proficiency with inventory software systems and solid communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels at external warehouses to ensure sufficient supply.
Help establish operational procedures for warehouse activities, including verification of incoming/outgoing products, material handling, and inventory control.
Support sanitation and physical condition standards of the warehouse and equipment.
Utilize JDE system to track, adjust, and manage inventory.
Supervise production operations in compliance with corporate policies.
Optimize workforce scheduling and productivity to meet production timelines.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to maintain product standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety procedures.
Maintain production records and coordinate physical inventory counts.
Lead implementation of 5S principles in Grinding & Blending areas.
