1st Shift Automation Tender

Hours: 1st shift 5:00 am – 1:20 pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20 pm and Saturdays as needed.

Wage: $23.44/hour plus excellent benefits

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.
• Set dies in all automatic presses.
• Load material into cradle and spindle.
• Adjust feeders and straighteners for each job.
• Configure electrical sensors and feeder stops.
• Use various measuring and inspection tools, including micrometers, rulers, verniers, and gauges.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Produce sample parts for Quality Team inspections.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.
• Experience setting dies in automatic presses highly encouraged.
• Competence in adjusting feeders, straighteners, and electrical sensors.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, rulers, etc.).
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
