Hirschbach has created a great FunPlex Space within the Dubuque office for our drivers and employees to enjoy. This space offers a Hirschbach Cafe and cafeteria area, games, and fitness/workout equipment.

Hirschbach is currently seeking a part-time Barista to assist in operating the Hirschbach Coffee Bar to keep our team caffeinated!

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Prepares and serves hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Oversees the POS system and is responsible for daily numbers and transactions.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and FunPlex complex.
• Prepares and serves menu items.
• Sets up work area in preparation for receiving orders.
• Restocks inventory and maintains inventory levels and places inventory orders.
• Completes opening and closing checklists.
• Other duties as assigned including proactively assisting others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Estimated hours are Monday - Friday from 6:30am-10:30am or 7am -11am!
