Bilingual HR Support Specialist
$20.00+ per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Primarily 1st Shift (flexibility for 2nd/3rd as needed)

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established company in the food production industry, is seeking a Bilingual HR Support Specialist to assist their Human Resources department. This individual will play a key role in supporting both office and production teams, helping bridge communication across English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and employee record management.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and employee training sessions.
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact to translate and interpret between English and Spanish for HR and production staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information and HR matters.
• Support HR initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Occasionally adjust schedule to assist 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written); strong translation and interpretation skills required.
• Previous experience in an office or HR setting preferred.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, primarily 1st shift.
• Must be flexible to occasionally support 2nd or 3rd shift operations.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
