The Maquoketa Company (a subsidiary of Morrison Bros. Co.)  seeks a dependable candidate to fill a full-time first shift position in Building and Grounds Maintenance at our Maquoketa IA facilities.

This person will do hands-on work in multiple areas maintaining buildings and grounds for office, warehouse, and manufacturing.    Main duties include lawn mowing, snow removal, some janitorial cleaning, building repairs, material moving, and general upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds.

Requires valid driver’s license, ability to work independently, and sound communication skills.  Experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing/heating is a plus.
