Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a brand-new facility in Dubuque. 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general building maintenance and upkeep for a new facility
• Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the building and surrounding grounds
• Monitor building systems and report any issues or needed repairs
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed (many items under warranty)
• Support a safe and well-maintained work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or general repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC a plus)
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and complete routine repairs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean facility
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
