Build the Future

We are collectively designing content and introducing technology-led resources that will build the future of education. Achieve3000 (A3K) is a prime example of how we empower educators to help unlock student potential and accelerate learning growth. This market-leading, personalised learning platform helps students reach their academic goals. We are now seeking a Business Development Manager who can grow Achieve3000 across our International schools segment.

How can you make an impact?

Driving direct sales growth and increasing market share, you will increase the brand presence of A3K, providing valuable educational technology solutions to our customers across our International schools business, (globally, excluding USA). Our new Business Development Manager will identify and target new opportunities, alongside developing market strategies that attract new international school customers.

A typical day might include:

  • Building direct sales pipelines to reach agreed targets and revenue goals. You will implement sales strategies that converts leads into paying customers. Then, monitor and analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and executing strategies for lead generation – cold calling, networking, product demonstrations, attending industry conferences, digital marketing, etc.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, (decision makers within International Schools).
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction using your excellent communication skills. Addressing and solving customer concerns, monitoring feedback, and ensuring that ongoing services are maintained to an excellent standard, supporting renewals and growth of adoptions.
  • Collaborating with our product teams to ensure that our platform roadmap aligns with market demands and customer feedback.
  • Keeping an awareness of key competitor products and activities. Respond positively to A3K’s offerings in the face of stiff competition.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Solid and proven experience in Business Development – sales experience, relationship building, consultative selling, etc. This is a must.
  • Business Development experience within an edtech, SaaS, or technology-first environment.
  • Knowledge, or even better – experience, of the school/K12/pedagogy sectors. This would be highly advantageous.
  • An understanding of working internationally. This is not essential but would be helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Here’s what we offer:

This is a newly created role, as we expand our A3K business, and as such, it gives you a great opportunity to have a real, direct impact on the success of the product. If you can bring your unwavering dedication, together, we’ll deliver work that matters. Play your part and experience a sense of fulfilment that will inspire you to even greater heights.
