Revolution Lightboards is a leading provider of innovative technology for video creation and presentation studios. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator (BOC) to join our team. As a BOC, you will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring smooth operations.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments to domestic and international customers
- Maintain organized records and files for swift retrieval, including customer orders, inventory, manufacturing, and financial transactions
- Manage office and manufacturing inventory as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and invoices
- Address or re-route customer inquiries or concerns, providing friendly and helpful assistance to support the company mission of rapid customer response times
- Assist sales team with quoting, order processing, invoicing, etc
- Support organization of manufacturing activities as needed
Education/Experience:
Required:
- 2-year degree or comparable experience
- Notable experience with business spreadsheets, formulas, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Proven reliable and accountable team member
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- 4-year degree or comparable experience
- Competency using computers & technology for a variety of tasks, including: Microsoft/Google applications, such as Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
- Knowledge of continuous improvement
Travel: Minimal, up to 5%
Location: Farley/Dubuque, IA.
Reports to: President
