Job Overview
The Business Services Representative is responsible for developing new business and expansion of existing business relationships, coordinating and directing business cash management products and services including but not limited to Dupaco ACH (Automated Clearing House origination), business Visa, Business Online Wire, NetWork Deposit (RDC) and merchant services. Additionally, the individual will prepare and review the deposit account opening documentation for business deposit accounts.

You’ll be:
- Collaborates with various departments to expand cash management and merchant services offerings.
- Responsible for correspondence, answering questions and performing follow-up with business member accounts.
- Assist in preparing presentations, supporting materials and RFPs for business members.
- Responsible for training member facing areas to meet with members to discuss appropriate products and services to meet the member’s needs.
- Assist Cash Management with outbound calling on leads provided by the business lenders, Outreach & Education Representatives and accounts opened in our branches.
- Responsible for meeting with members to discuss appropriate products and services to meet the member’s needs.
- Provides a full range of professional and relationship support to business members.
- Will have a basic understanding of IRA’s, specifically SEPS and Simples so that they can assist with retirement issues and help cross sell to DFS for 401(k) planning and HSA administration with our commercial members.
- Will support Dupaco employee’s on business account opening procedures, Business Checking, business Visa and other cash management services.
- Will review and assist with business documentation to ensure procedures were followed.
- Assists in the development and implementation of new or enhanced cash management products and services.
- Responsible for knowledge and understanding of applicable compliance and regulations pertaining to scope of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You’ll need:
- Two plus of experience with cash management and or retail banking experience and sales/business management required.
- Ability to assume responsibility and solve problems in a fast pace environment.
- Must maintain confidentiality in all credit union matters.
- Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to professionally communicate with staff.
- Ability to make sound decisions with a thorough knowledge and understanding in credit union policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of all Dupaco products, services and operating procedures.
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Must be familiar with financial regulations.
- Strong technology background.
