Job Overview

• Apply coatings such as stains, paints, and varnishes using a variety of methods.
• Use air assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat products.
• Prepare wood surfaces, ensuring they are free from imperfections.
• Quality control and inspection to make sure all inconsistencies are touched up to ensure a flawless final product.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of various staining, painting, and other techniques to achieve the desired appearance.
• Proficient in using hand tools for cabinet finishing.
• High attention to detail and ability to color match to product specification.
• Basic knowledge of calculations and measurements.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while paying great attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Knowledge of various wood species and characteristics.
• Must be able to pass background check.
