Stonehill Communities is accepting applications for a full time 3rd shift Caregiver at our Assisted Living location Assisi Village. Stonehill offers the experience you desire and the wage you deserve.

This position is scheduled 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. and requires every other weekend and every other holiday on rotation.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible to assists residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident’s quality of life, administer medication reminders and/or medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provide bathing/showering and personal hygiene assistance, observe and report changes in resident’s condition to Nurse Supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

•  High School Diploma or Equivalent
•  Must Complete Mandatory Yearly In-Service Training
•  Successful Completion of Required Medication Manager Course Upon Hire
