Carpenter / Mold Builder

You won't be building the same thing every day. You'll be constructing wood molds essential to our production process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Precision Work: Reading prints and a tape measure

• Fabrication: Using a variety of shop tools and equipment.

• Climate Control: Working in a controlled environment. No more working in a muddy trench or on a frozen roof.

The Realistic Requirements:

• Reliability: We need people we can count on. If your alarm clock is your worst enemy, this might not be the fit.

• Physicality: You’ll need to lift 50–75 lbs. It’s a workout, but you’re getting paid for it.

• Mobility: Expect to stand, bend, and twist throughout your shift. It’s active work, not a desk job.

• Self-Starting: We provide the tools and the plan; we expect you to provide the "get it done" attitude.
