Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL-A Driver for a reputable local company. This position focuses on hauling oversized or heavy equipment within a 60–90 minute radius of Dubuque. Drivers are home nightly and work year-round, with longer weeks in summer and steady hours through winter and spring.

Schedule: 8–10 hour days | Home every night

What You’ll Do:

• Transport oversized or heavy equipment to job sites within a regional service area
• Assist with loading and unloading using specialized trailers and equipment
• Safely secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Support additional shop or yard tasks as needed to maintain consistent hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Experience hauling heavy or oversized equipment preferred
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours based on seasonal workload
• Willingness to assist with loading/unloading using provided equipment
