CDL A or CDL B Materials Delivery Driver

Dyersville, IA / Delaware County area

Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 4:30pm (occasional Saturday may be requested)

Direct Hire - up to $27/hour

We are seeking a reliable a CDL A Materials Delivery Driver to join our hiring client’s team in Dyersville, IA. As a key member of their logistics and delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently to various locations in Northeast Iowa and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate would go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a CDL A or B commercial vehicle to transport materials to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Load and unload materials, ensuring secure and proper handling.
Follow delivery schedules and routes as assigned.
Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and any incidents.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Requirements:

Valid CDL A driver's license.
Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
