About the Company

Hawkeye Care Center has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years. Mike Hamm founded Hawkeye Care Center to provide an exceptional environment for aging adults while instilling deeply rooted family values of integrity, trust, and compassion.

Our new, state-of-the-art care center opened in August 2018. It was constructed to accommodate a variety of living situations, whether it be short-term or long-term care. We provide skilled nursing rehabilitation, assisted living, assisted living-memory care, long term nursing care, and outpatient therapy. 

Our staff are deeply committed, highly compassionate professionals who have been with us for many years. They are devoted and pride themselves in providing care that is consistently personalized, high quality, and enhanced by years of experience.
