Title: Change Management & Communications Lead - 85812

Your Responsibilities
As a Change Management & Communications Lead for Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will partner effectively with leaders throughout the organization to translate business objectives into simple action plans to proactively inform, educate, align, and engage team members. In addition, you will:
- Design and execute a repeatable and scalable change management framework.
- Build and execute multiple change management plans simultaneously and drive/measure adoption.
- Develop an integrated, coordinated, and effective unit-level employee communications plan to inform and engage team members.
- Leverage initiatives that capture employee feedback, provide communications support, guidance, and tools for use by factory teams.
- Create engaging and audience-relevant messaging delivered through various digital and print communications channels.
- Develop and manage the collection and reporting of internal communications analytics and metrics.
- Continually benchmark industry best practices regarding change management/communications and innovating with new ideas.

What Skills You Need
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communications, planning, and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with developing and leading a consolidated change management and/or communication plan across multiple media and audiences
- Experience translating complex topics into simple, relevant, and consistent messaging
- An extraordinary teammate with the ability to collaborate, gain-buy-in, and develop action plans
- Willingness to dive deep into details and roll-up sleeves to learn and drive results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a willingness to learn and grow skills
What Makes You Stand Out
- Demonstrated knowledge of the role of communications in Change Management
- Experience with leading communications activities, ideally in a heavily populated mixed hourly/salary work environment
- Curiosity and drive to stay up to date with corporate communications and change management fields
- Graphic design and visual media skills
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Passionate about your attention to detail as well as being able to see the big picture
- Experience assessing business objectives and defining a related change strategy
- Change management certification
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field is desired but not required.
