Position: Cheese Maker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor cheese-making processes from milk preparation to final product.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor temperatures, pH levels, and other critical factors during production.
• Handle, cut, and package cheese products as required.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food production or dairy processing preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Position: Packager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack products according to company standards.
• Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality before packaging.
• Label and seal packages accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Record and report production quantities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous packaging or warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
