Job Overview

• Safely operate and monitor production and packaging equipment 
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on assigned machinery.
• Accurately complete required production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Train and assist other team members on proper equipment operation and following safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support plant efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Willingness to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials up to 50lbs as required throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment with temperature variations
