Cheese Production Operator- All Shifts
Pay: $19/hr
Location: Stephenson County, IL
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Position Summary:

The Cheese Production Operator supports daily plant operations by assisting in the processing and packaging of cheese products. This role focuses on maintaining food safety standards, monitoring product quality, and accurately completing production records. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cheese processing, cutting, wrapping, and packaging operations
Adhere to all safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Operate basic production and packaging equipment as trained
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product meets company standards
Complete required production logs and documentation accurately
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas throughout the shift
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or lead personnel

Qualifications:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds consistently
Willingness to work overtime as needed
