Job Overview

Position: School Age On Site Supervisor
Pay: Up to $19.00/hr
Shift Information: 6:30-8:30 AM (9:30AM on Friday) 3:00-6:00 PM Monday - Friday
Position Description:  This is in our before and after school programs.  Assist children with homework, play games with children and encourage positive social skills.  Supervise Group Leaders assigned to your site. Ability to pass a criminal back ground check is required

Full and part time positions available. Free Dubuque Y membership included.

Full time staff receive up to 19 days off with pay during their first year of employment. 

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure licensing compliance with assistance of SACC Director
  • Conduct monthly licensing checks and drills for safety
  • Engage is cooperative, kind, respectful care of children
  • Communicate with parents regarding child’s day
