Job Overview
Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is adding an Account Manager to the team! This is a fully remote position.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to provide top-notch service to represent CBCS. As the primary point-of-contact, you will manage the account from the sales presentation through the life of the relationship, to include:
- Preparing for and attending sales presentations
- Implementing new accounts
- Managing program results
- Attending Claim Reviews
- Hosting stewardship meetings
- Preparing Contracts
- Managing renewals and handling account reconciliations
- Addressing client needs and resolving issues that arise
Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong claims background with at least 5 years of claims handling experience and 2 years of account management experience. To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to details, very organized, and excel at building client relationships. This position typically requires 20% travel.
