Claims Dispatch Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To oversee the day to day administration of our Direct Repair Network of Collision repair facilities across the country.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes relationships with client vendor partners to ensure vendor compliance and quality.
- Reviews case files for accuracy and compliance with all jurisdictional laws and regulations and communicates discrepancies to vendor management administrator and/or claims examiner to ensure resolution.
- Performs quality audits to assess vendor partner performance; identifies vendor performance issues and work with the vendor management administrator to develop resolution strategies.
- Assists vendor management administrator in reviewing vendor partner reports to identify trends and areas of opportunity for increased service efficiency and quality.
- Monitors ongoing action items logs and project plans with assigned vendor partners for continuous quality performance and outcomes.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good working knowledge of the vocational processes as specified
- Knowledge of CCC Estimating
- Knowledge of claims management procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
