Midwest Janitorial Service is looking to hire part-time day and full-time evening positions.

Our part-time positions are the perfect second job to pay for that upcoming vacation or maybe pay off some debt. Many of our team members work a full-time 9-5 job and join us after hours for a little extra cash. Great positions for retirees also looking to only work a few days a week.

Midwest Janitorial Service is looking to hire 1 part-time position for early morning cleaning and 1 position for evening cleaning.

Position #1 takes place in two facilities. Facility 1 is a retail store where you will clean (3) restrooms between 6-7:30 am. Shifts are available Sunday - Saturday with the minimum shift commitment being Monday - Friday.

Position #2 is Monday, Wednesday & Fridays after 4:00 pm at the Airport for 1.50 hours. Additional hours at other facilities are available for more hours.

Position #3 is Saturday & Sundays - two shifts available -early am and pm at a retail store cleaning restrooms. Work both shifts or just one.

Wages vary by facility.

Retail Store pays $15.00 plus .50 performance/attendance bonus Monday - Friday. Weekend hours pay $15.50+.50 performance/attendance bonus.

The airport pays $19.39/hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
• Must pass a background check.
• Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills as work performed may be performed around clients.

Wage varies by facility assigned. Facilities that offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service.
