Client Service Representative

Job Overview

Client Services Representatives
$17 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office/insurance setting is preferred
• Excellent computer skills; evaluations will be required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to assist in a variety of departments

Essential Functions:

• Review, update, and issue certificates of insurance.
• Request policy changes from insurance company with applicable follow up.
• Obtain loss runs from insurance carriers 
• Verify and invoice all monthly reporting policies as required.
• Verify filings made by the insurance companies to ensure our clients are compliant with state and federal requirements.
