Job Overview

Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Client Service Representative position for a company in Dubuque, IA. This person will provide administrative support while promoting quality customer service.

Candidates must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle and prioritize many different tasks, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Work directly with clients to keep accounts up to date so they can continue to operate
• Build relationships with clients through friendly interactions, close attention to detail, and efficient execution of requests
• Put together reports to communicate information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Wage: $17/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Type: Evaluation hire
