The Clinical Programs Support Specialist will assist daily operations of MedOne Clinical Services.

What You Will Do at MedOne:

• Support operations of MedOne Clinical Services
• Support in the administration of MedOne Clinical Programs
• Prepare required reporting specific to MedOne Clinical Programs
• Contact pharmacies and providers to obtain required Clinical Program information
• Document prescriber response to clinical recommendations
• Participate in clinical program meetings
• Contribute to the creation of innovative clinical programs
• Support Clinical Review processes
• Work well in a team environment
• Supports operations of MedOne Pharmacy Services as needed
• Assists and supports members of MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions
• Portrays the company in a positive image
• Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer

What you will bring to MedOne:

• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, meets deadlines, establish priorities, and be flexible

Location: We have offices in either Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
