Shift: Clinic Hours, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, for 80 hours per pay period (40 hours/week)

UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing Urology Clinic team. You’ll work alongside dedicated providers and support staff to provide personalized, patient-centered care in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories

• Assist with urologic procedures (e.g., catheterizations, bladder scans, cystoscopies)

• Administer medications and injections as ordered

• Provide patient education on treatment plans and follow-up care

• Support providers with clinical tasks and charting

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

• Coordinate patient flow and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Qualifications

• RN: Current RN license in Iowa; BLS certification

• LPN: Current LPN license in Iowa; BLS certification

• CMA: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA certification preferred; BLS certification required

• Urology or outpatient specialty experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
