CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview

• Set up and operate CNC machines and other production equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and presses
• Placing parts in machine correctly and following process sheets.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality
• Identify and report defects or process issues to maintain production standards
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

• Ability to correctly interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions 
• Capable of using precision measuring instruments 
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Capable of lifting, reaching, twisting, and bending; regularly lifting up to 20-40lbs
