We are seeking reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate a variety of CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Previous experience with CNC machines preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
